Licence Summary
Last updated 7 October 2026
This is a summary. The full Individual Licence comes with every edition, as a separate file and in Start Here.
What you may do
- Use the edition for your own records, household, property, collection, project, study, work or business, where that matches what the edition is for.
- Keep the files, store them on your devices and make backup copies.
- Fill it in by hand, on a tablet, by typing, or in the Interactive Edition.
- Print blank or completed pages as often as you need for your own use, including at a print shop, as long as the shop only uses the files for your job.
- Let people directly involved add to the same record, such as a family member or another carer.
- Share completed records, pages or extracts privately with the people they are for, such as an adviser, insurer, buyer or relative.
- Give the edition as a gift. The gift option at checkout sends it straight to their library. The licence passes to the person receiving it.
- Pass a completed record on with the property, object or collection it describes. The new owner can keep it and add to it, but cannot use the blank files to start a separate record.
What you may not do
- Share, sell or give away the blank files, the original download or your library access.
- Upload the files to a website, marketplace, template library or shared drive.
- Use one copy as a template for clients, customers or a team.
- Copy pages, layouts or artwork into another product or template.
- Use the edition to train or test an artificial-intelligence system, or to build a dataset, without our written permission.
Businesses, teams and shared email addresses
- Your work or business. You may use an edition for your own work or business records.
- A team. Each person who keeps their own record needs their own edition. For several people, buy one edition each.
- If your employer pays. The licence is for the person who uses the edition. Use that person’s email address at checkout, so the library is theirs.
- A shared email address. If two people share an email address, they share one library, but the licence is still for one record keeper. People directly involved in that one record can add to it; each person keeping a separate record needs their own edition.
The Interactive Edition
You may open it in as many of your own browsers and devices as you need, from your library. There is no device limit. Do not share your library access with other people.
Your entries
What you write, type or add belongs to you, or to whoever already owns the rights in it. Interactive entries stay on your own device, and we do not receive them.
Ownership
© 2026 Everyday Arc Ltd. Buying an edition gives you this licence. It does not transfer copyright in the text, page designs, layouts or artwork. Fonts and other third-party material retain their own licences.
If the licence ends
The licence ends if the edition is refunded. It can also end if you seriously break it and do not put it right after we tell you. Completed records you have already made are yours to keep.
Nothing in the licence affects your statutory rights. It is governed by the law of England and Wales.
