Cash Flow Tracker · Free · No account

A cash flow forecast for freelancers, built around invoices.

The freelance or small business setup adds Client or supplier, Invoice, Tax in the amount and How sure columns. Late money in is listed oldest first to chase, the Summary totals the tax to set aside, and amounts marked Possible are left out of the 30, 60 and 90-day balances.

  • Excel 2016 and later
  • Calculations checked in LibreOffice and Google Sheets
  1. Choose the columnsEdit the categories for money in and out. Add Client or supplier, Invoice, Tax in the amount, How sure or Project columns if you need them.

  3. Update actual receipts and paymentsWhen money arrives or leaves, type the date and the real amount. The row turns grey and the balance today updates.

The builder runs in your browser. The entries used to make the workbook stay on your device. How the utilities work

Questions

Are my builder entries sent to Due Form?

No. The builder uses them in your browser to make the workbook on your device.

Information is sent to Due Form when you submit a form or use another service described on the How it works page.

How the utilities work

How do I mark an invoice I am not sure will be paid?

Set How sure to Possible. The row stays on the sheet, but it is left out of the 30, 60 and 90-day balances until you change it.

Does it work out my tax?

No. You type the tax included in each amount. The Summary then adds up the tax on money in, so you can see how much to set aside.
