A professional development plan with milestones and a check-in.
The professional setup has five areas: Skills, Qualifications, Experience, Network and Leadership. It adds a Shared with column for the person you check in with, such as a manager or mentor. Milestones record each step, and the monthly review prepares the conversation.

Can I use it for an appraisal?
Yes. Print the Goals sheet and the Monthly Review before the meeting. Together they show the goal, the progress and what has changed since last time.
