Set goals, plan the next action and review progress.

The workbook includes a Goals sheet, a Milestones and Actions sheet, a Monthly Review sheet and a Summary. Each goal records how you will know it is done, a date and the very next action. The monthly review notes what moved and what stalled.

Questions

Are my builder entries sent to Due Form?

No. The builder uses them in your browser to make the workbook on your device.

Information is sent to Due Form when you submit a form or use another service described on the How it works page.

How the utilities work

Can I print it?

Yes. Goals and the other lists repeat their header row on every printed page, and the Summary prints portrait. The Goals sheet and the Monthly Review are the most useful to print for a meeting.

How is progress worked out?

Type a starting figure, a target figure and where you are now. Progress is the share of the distance covered. Goals without numbers can use milestones done instead.

What does the Check column flag?

A goal is flagged after 45 days without a completed step or review. Before the first update, the count starts from Set on. Change the window on Settings.

Can a goal be dropped without deleting it?

Yes. Set its status to Achieved, Changed or Dropped and it leaves the count of goals being worked on but stays on the sheet as a record.
