A graduate and internship tracker for Excel, scheme by scheme.
The graduate setup has sources suited to early careers: Graduate scheme website, University careers service, Careers fair, LinkedIn, Referral and Other. The salary column is left out, and the interview and document columns stay on.

- Name your sourcesEnter where you find roles, one per line, such as LinkedIn or Referral. They become the Source dropdown, and the Summary counts applications for each.
- Choose the columnsSwitch on date saved, location and work mode, posting link, contact, interviews, salary range or documents sent. Add up to eight columns of your own.
- Download and start typingDownload the workbook and open the Applications sheet. Start in row 6 with the company, role and status. Pipeline and Follow-up fill in themselves.

Numbers converts list-based dropdowns to plain cells and removes colour markers, sheet protection, frozen headings and number and date validation. Use Excel for all calculations and features.

Questions
Are my builder entries sent to Due Form?
No. The builder uses them in your browser to make the workbook on your device.
Information is sent to Due Form when you submit a form or use another service described on the How it works page.
Where do I record scheme closing dates?
Use the Next follow-up column for the date you plan to apply by, or add a column of your own called Closing date before you download the file.
Can I track which CV went with which scheme?
Yes. The Documents sent column records the CV version, cover letter or portfolio for each application, such as CV v3 with a tailored cover letter.
