An interview tracker for Excel: stage, date, type and thank-you.
This setup puts the interview columns beside the contact: stage from Phone screen to Final interview, the date, Phone, Video or In person, and whether you sent a thank-you. Interviews in the next 14 days are highlighted and listed on the Summary, soonest first.

- Name your sourcesEnter where you find roles, one per line, such as LinkedIn or Referral. They become the Source dropdown, and the Summary counts applications for each.
- Choose the columnsSwitch on date saved, location and work mode, posting link, contact, interviews, salary range or documents sent. Add up to eight columns of your own.
- Download and start typingDownload the workbook and open the Applications sheet. Start in row 6 with the company, role and status. Pipeline and Follow-up fill in themselves.

Questions
Are my builder entries sent to Due Form?
No. The builder uses them in your browser to make the workbook on your device.
Information is sent to Due Form when you submit a form or use another service described on the How it works page.
Can I record a second interview for the same role?
Not on a separate row. Each role has one interview row. Change the stage and date as the process moves on, and put earlier rounds in the Notes column so the history stays readable.
Can I change how far ahead interviews are highlighted?
Yes. The 14 days is a number on the Settings sheet. Change it, for example to 7, and the highlighting and the Summary list update.
