Job Application Tracker · Free · No account
A simple job application tracker for Excel, with fewer columns.
The compact setup leaves out location, contact, interviews, salary, documents and date saved. What remains is company, role, status, next step, follow-up date, priority, date applied, last contact, source, posting link and notes, with the Summary sheet still switched on.

What you get
What is different in this setup
People applying to a handful of roles who find a wide sheet off-putting and want the follow-up dates without the detail.
- Sixteen columns instead of the standard setup’s twenty-seven, so more of the sheet fits on one screen.
- Follow-up marks and the Stalled label still work from the dates.
- The Summary sheet still shows live applications and response rate.
Sheets included (5)

Questions
Are my builder entries sent to Due Form?
No. The builder uses them in your browser to make the workbook on your device.
Information is sent to Due Form when you submit a form or use another service described on the How it works page.
Can I add a column back later?
Not to this file. Make the file again with the column switched on. Before you download, you can also add up to eight columns of your own, including dates and dropdowns.
Does the compact tracker still mark follow-ups?
Yes. Follow-ups are marked the same way as in the standard setup: ● Due once the date arrives, and ◐ with the days left within 3 days.
