Leave Tracker · Free · No account

A leave tracker for a year that runs from April to March.

This setup starts the leave year on 1 April, so allowances, days taken and carry-over count from that date. Public holidays are listed from the start of the leave year to the end of next year. The allowance starts at 28 days and can be changed per person.

  • Excel 2016 and later
  • Calculations checked in LibreOffice, Google Sheets and Apple Numbers

Are my builder entries sent to Due Form?

No. The builder uses them in your browser to make the workbook on your device.

Information is sent to Due Form when you submit a form or use another service described on the How it works page.

How the utilities work

Can the leave year start on another date?

Yes. The builder offers 1 January, 1 April or 1 September, and any start date can be typed on the Settings sheet after you download.

What happens to leave booked across 31 March?

The working days before the year end count against the old year and the days after count against the new one, so neither allowance is overstated.
