Maintenance Log · Free · No account
An equipment maintenance log for Excel, by date and running hours.
The equipment setup counts readings in hours and adds starting jobs: a compressor oil change every 500 hours, cleaning printer heads, a ladder safety check and a fire extinguisher inspection. Warranty end dates and locations are on, for a workshop with many machines.

Questions
Are my builder entries sent to Due Form?
No. The builder uses them in your browser to make the workbook on your device.
Information is sent to Due Form when you submit a form or use another service described on the How it works page.
Can one machine have several jobs?
Yes. Each job is its own row on the Schedule, so a compressor can have an oil change by hours and an inspection by date, each with its own due mark.
Where do I record a safety certificate?
On the Service Log, in the Invoice or certificate column. Type a reference or where the document is stored, so the record shows what was done and what proves it.
