Questions

Are my builder entries sent to Due Form?

No. The builder uses them in your browser to make the workbook on your device.

Information is sent to Due Form when you submit a form or use another service described on the How it works page.

How the utilities work

Can I print the schedule?

Yes. The Schedule prints landscape on A4 or US Letter, one page wide. A printed copy of the jobs and their due dates can go in the garage, the boiler cupboard or the site office.

How often can a job repeat?

Every week, month, 3 months, 6 months, year, 2 years or 5 years, or By reading for miles and hours, or When needed. Next due is worked out from the last done date and how often.

How soon is a job marked as due?

A job due within 30 days is marked ◐, and an overdue or due-today job is marked ●. The 30 is a number on the Settings sheet, and you can change it.

Will it remind me when I am not in the file?

No. Due-date flags update when you open the workbook, and it sends no notifications. Check the Schedule on a regular date, such as the first of each month.
