A vehicle maintenance log for Excel, by date and by mileage.
The vehicle setup records readings in miles and adds starting jobs: oil and filter, full service, MOT, tyre check and timing belt. Jobs fall due by date or by the reading, so an oil change every 6,000 miles is marked from the latest mileage you type.

- Choose the columnsSwitch on meter readings in miles, kilometres or hours, costs, who does the job, warranty dates and location. Add up to eight columns of your own.
- Download and record jobsDownload the workbook and set how often each job happens and when it was last done. Next due is worked out, and overdue jobs are marked on the Schedule.

Questions
Are my builder entries sent to Due Form?
No. The builder uses them in your browser to make the workbook on your device.
Information is sent to Due Form when you submit a form or use another service described on the How it works page.
Can I use kilometres instead of miles?
Yes. Under Readings are in, choose Miles, Kilometres or Hours. The column headings and the Schedule use the unit you choose.
How does it know the oil change is due?
It compares the latest reading against the reading at the last oil change plus the interval you set. Enter the new mileage, and the job is marked as it approaches.
