A meal planner where you pick meals from your favourites, with a shopping list.
The full setup has a Plan, a Meal Bank of ten everyday meals to start from, and a Shopping List with a Have it column and a tick for each item in the trolley. Snacks and leftovers columns are on, so spare food is noted on the Plan.

- Choose the planPick one or two weeks, a currency and the shop sections, written one per line in the order you walk round. Nine sections are suggested.
- Choose the extrasChoose a Meal Bank, a Shopping List, a snacks column, prep notes, leftovers and an estimated cost. Each one adds its own column or sheet.
- Download and fill inAdd your favourites to the Meal Bank, pick meals from the dropdown on the Plan, and list what to buy. The Summary counts what is left to plan.

Questions
Are my builder entries sent to Due Form?
No. The builder uses them in your browser to make the workbook on your device.
Information is sent to Due Form when you submit a form or use another service described on the How it works page.
Can I replace the ten starter meals?
Yes. They are ordinary rows on the Meal Bank sheet. Overtype them with your own meals, ingredients, times and tags, or delete the rows you do not want.
What does the Meal Bank record?
Each meal has a best-for note, main ingredients, a recipe or link, minutes, servings, tags and whether it freezes well. The Bank also shows whether it is on the plan.
