A construction schedule by month, from planning to finishing.

The monthly setup draws a year by default, or up to 24 months, one column a month. Planning, design, approvals, the build and finishing are phases in their own colours, with each trade as an owner and approvals marked as milestones.

  • Excel 2016 and later
  • Calculations checked in LibreOffice

Questions

Are my builder entries sent to Due Form?

No. The builder uses them in your browser to make the workbook on your device.

Information is sent to Due Form when you submit a form or use another service described on the How it works page.

How the utilities work

How are partly filled months drawn?

A month is part of a bar when the task runs at any time in that month, so a task from 20 March to 5 April fills both March and April.

Can I see weeks as well?

Not in the same file. Make a second workbook with the weekly view for the busiest months, using the same task list.
