How the utilities work

How is a milestone different from a task?

A milestone is a task marked Yes in the Milestone column, usually with a single date. It is drawn as a diamond on the Timeline, and the Overview names the next open one.

What if a milestone is complete?

Set its Status to Complete. It turns grey, and the Overview shows the next open milestone.
