Questions

Are my builder entries sent to Due Form?

No. The builder uses them in your browser to make the workbook on your device.

Information is sent to Due Form when you submit a form or use another service described on the How it works page.

How the utilities work

How does the Timeline work?

It draws each of the first 200 tasks as a bar from its start date to its due date, across 13, 26 or 52 weeks counted from the Monday before the earliest start. It also marks progress and milestones.

Can I print the tracker?

Yes. Print any sheet from Excel. Landscape usually suits the Tasks and Timeline sheets, and the Project Overview is a short summary page you can print on its own.

What do the statuses mean?

Not started, In progress, Waiting for someone else, Blocked because work cannot continue, and Complete. Complete rows turn grey and count towards progress.

Can one file track several projects?

No. Make one workbook for each project, or use the Phase column to separate the stages of a single larger project.
