Project Tracker · Free · No account
A project tracker with a risks and decisions register.
The detailed setup adds a Risks and decisions sheet to the Standard tracker. One register records risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies and decisions, each rated from likelihood and impact on a scale of 1 to 9, with an owner, a next action and a review date.

Questions
Are my builder entries sent to Due Form?
No. The builder uses them in your browser to make the workbook on your device.
Information is sent to Due Form when you submit a form or use another service described on the How it works page.
What is the difference between a risk and an issue?
A risk might happen. An issue has already happened. The Type column lets you record both, along with assumptions, dependencies and decisions.
How is the rating calculated?
Choose Low, Medium or High for likelihood and for impact. The Rating multiplies the two, giving a figure from 1 to 9, and items rated 6 or more are counted on the Overview.
