A household subscription tracker with shared services.
The household setup adds Notice to cancel, which works out a cancel-by date, and Shared with, which records who else uses or pays towards a service. Categories include Streaming, Broadband extras, Deliveries, Memberships and Kids. Free trials and reviews are on.
- Excel 2016 and later

- Name your categoriesWrite the categories you want, such as Streaming, Apps or Cloud storage, one per line, and choose the currency.
- Choose the columnsSwitch on Free trials, Notice to cancel, Review, Offer price ends, Paid with, Account email or reference, and Shared with.
- Download and add servicesStart in row 6 of the Subscriptions sheet. Type each service once with its cost, how often it charges and a renewal date.

Numbers converts list-based dropdowns to plain cells and removes colour markers, sheet protection, frozen headings and number and date validation. Use Excel for all calculations and features.

Questions
Are my builder entries sent to Due Form?
No. The builder uses them in your browser to make the workbook on your device.
Information is sent to Due Form when you submit a form or use another service described on the How it works page.
What does Cancel by show?
It is the renewal date minus the days of notice the provider needs. The row shows ◐ Cancel by, with the date, as it nears, and ● once it has passed.
Can I split the cost between people?
No. The sheet records who shares a service without dividing the cost. Add an extra column such as Our share to type each person’s part.
