A home maintenance planner for the year, job by job.
The maintenance setup has Service, Safety check, Renewal, Seasonal job and Cleaning categories. Boiler services, alarm tests and gutter clearing are typed once and repeated each year, then shaded on the year page, so you can see which months have the most jobs.

Questions
Are my builder entries sent to Due Form?
No. The builder uses them in your browser to make the workbook on your device.
Information is sent to Due Form when you submit a form or use another service described on the How it works page.
Does it record what each job cost?
Not by default. Add an extra column such as Cost or Contractor on the Events sheet before you download, or use a separate log for the history.
Can I get a warning before a job is due?
Yes, inside the file. The Upcoming sheet lists the next 20 jobs with days left, and the reminder window on the Settings sheet sets how soon a date counts as near.
