Plan twelve months on one page.

The workbook includes all twelve months on a single landscape page. You type each milestone, holiday or deadline once on the Events sheet, and its day is shaded in the category colour. Today is marked, and a key explains each colour.

  • Excel 2016 and later
  • Calculations checked in LibreOffice and Google Sheets

Questions

Are my builder entries sent to Due Form?

No. The builder uses them in your browser to make the workbook on your device.

Information is sent to Due Form when you submit a form or use another service described on the How it works page.

How the utilities work

Can I print the whole year on one page?

Yes. The Year sheet is set to print on one landscape page, on A4 or US Letter. The optional month pages print one to a page.

Can the year start in April instead of January?

Yes. Choose April, or any other month, as the first month. The planner then covers the following twelve months, which suits a financial year.

What do the month pages add?

Switch on a page for every month and each gets day boxes with event names and one to three writing lines. They are off by default, so the file starts as a single page.

How do I see what is coming next?

The Upcoming sheet lists the next 20 events and the days left until each. A reminder window on the Settings sheet decides when a date is flagged as near.
