A yearly planner with a full page for every month.
This setup adds a page for each month behind the year page. Each month shows the event names in its day boxes, three writing lines under every day and ISO week numbers beside each week. The Year sheet remains the first sheet in the workbook.

Questions
Are my builder entries sent to Due Form?
No. The builder uses them in your browser to make the workbook on your device.
Information is sent to Due Form when you submit a form or use another service described on the How it works page.
Will every page print on its own sheet?
Yes. The Year sheet prints on one landscape page and each month page prints on one landscape page, six weeks deep, so the heights match.
Can I turn week numbers off?
Yes. Week numbers are a switch in the builder. Leave it off and the month pages show only the days and the weekday headings.
