Questions

Is the outline the exact size I typed?

In the PDF it is drawn to the size typed, measured to the centre of a 0.25 mm line. On paper it matches only when the printer prints at 100%.

How do I print it at actual size?

In the print window choose 100% or Actual size, and turn off Fit to page. Then measure the square: it must be 50 mm each way.

Can I type the size in inches?

Yes. Choose inches and type, for example, 1.5 by 1. The card prints both units, such as 38.1 mm (1.50 in).

What is the stage and scratch check card?

Page two lists your stages with a tick box for ‘scratches from the last stage gone’, a date line and a notes line.
