Build a register with the columns you need.
Make a workbook for a list of records of one kind. Say what one entry is, add up to twelve columns and choose one of ten types for each, such as money, date, dropdown or calculated. A Summary sheet counts the entries and totals the number and money columns.

Questions
Are my builder entries sent to Due Form?
No. The builder uses them in your browser to make the workbook on your device.
Information is sent to Due Form when you submit a form or use another service described on the How it works page.
Is anything I type uploaded?
No. Your column names are used only inside your browser to build the file. The entries you add afterwards are typed into the workbook on your computer.
Can I print the register?
Yes. The Register sheet prints landscape on A4 or US Letter, one page wide. A register with twelve columns prints smaller than one with five.
What column types can I choose?
Text, long text, number, money, date, Yes or No, dropdown, tick box, web link and calculated. Date columns accept only dates, and money columns only amounts.
What can a calculated column do?
Add, subtract, multiply or divide two number or money columns. It can also count the days between two dates, or the days from today until a date.
What does the Summary sheet show?
It counts the entries, totals each number and money column, and counts entries by category and by each dropdown. Switch it off if you only want the register.
