Record quantities, stock movements and warranty dates.

The workbook includes one row for each item: category, location, quantity and, if you choose, cost, reorder level and warranty end date. Items at or below their reorder level are marked, and a Summary lists what to reorder.

Questions

Are my builder entries sent to Due Form?

No. The builder uses them in your browser to make the workbook on your device.

Information is sent to Due Form when you submit a form or use another service described on the How it works page.

How the utilities work

Is anything I type uploaded?

No. Your browser makes the workbook, and it is saved on your device. The items, prices and suppliers you enter afterwards stay in the file on your computer.

Can I print the inventory?

Yes. The Inventory sheet prints landscape on A4 or US Letter, one page wide. Switch off columns you do not need first to get a shorter printed list.

How does it know when an item is low?

Give an item a Reorder at quantity. At or below it, the Stock column shows ◐ Low stock, and at none it shows ● Out of stock. The Summary lists the ten furthest below.

What does the Stock Movements sheet do?

You log what comes in and what goes out, with a date and a type such as Received or Used or sold. The quantity on hand is then worked out from the log, so you do not retype it.

Is there a barcode scanner?

No. The Code column stores your own product or asset code as text. A barcode scanner that types into a cell will fill it in, as it would in any Excel cell.
