Questions
Which photographs does the card list?
The whole object, each side, marks and labels, damage and repairs, one with a ruler for scale, close detail, where it is stored, and its papers.
Is the card an exact record of the object?
No. It records your photographs and what people tell you. Check documents or specialist sources to identify the age, maker or value.
What are the ten questions?
Who owned it first, who has owned it since, where it was made, what it was used for, where it has been, and the stories and people connected with it.
Does it need to be printed at actual size?
No. No sizes are measured from it. Printing at 100% gives the writing lines their full spacing on A4 or US Letter.
