How the utilities work

Thirty days by default. The number is on the Settings sheet as Birthdays listed ahead, and you can set it anywhere from 1 to 366 days.

Choose every month, 3 months, 6 months or year. From the date you were last in touch, the sheet works out when to get in touch next and lists the soonest.
