List contacts and check upcoming dates.
The workbook includes one row for each person or business: name, group, phone, email, address and a Best way column for how to reach them. Birthdays, follow-ups and renewals coming up are listed on a Summary sheet, and gaps or repeats are marked.

Questions
Are my builder entries sent to Due Form?
No. The builder uses them in your browser to make the workbook on your device.
Information is sent to Due Form when you submit a form or use another service described on the How it works page.
Can I print the list?
Yes. The Contacts sheet prints landscape on A4 or US Letter, one page wide. For a short printed list to carry, switch off the columns you do not need before you download.
How does it spot someone listed twice?
The Check column marks a row with the same name, or the same email, as another. It also flags an email that looks wrong and anyone with no phone, email or address.
Can I import my existing contacts?
Yes. Copy and paste from your current list into the Contacts sheet, matching the column order. The Check column then marks rows with missing or repeated details.
Are birthdays shown with the age?
No. Enter the birthday with any year, and the workbook lists the next birthday date without an age.
