Contact List · Free · No account
A client and supplier contact list for Excel, with a call log.
The business setup has groups of Clients, Prospects, Suppliers, Partners and Other, with Organisation and Role columns. A Contact Log sheet records each call, meeting or message against the contact. An OK to contact column records consent, and a Source column records where the details came from.

Questions
Are my builder entries sent to Due Form?
No. The builder uses them in your browser to make the workbook on your device.
Information is sent to Due Form when you submit a form or use another service described on the How it works page.
How is the Contact Log linked to the contacts?
Each log row picks a contact from a dropdown on the Contacts sheet. The last-in-touch date then comes from the most recent log row, so you type it once.
What does OK to contact do?
Mark a person No and the Coming up column shows Do not contact instead of a reminder.
