Contact List · Free · No account

An emergency contact list for Excel, in the order to call.

The emergency setup adds a Call order column, where 1 is the person to call first. Groups are Family, Doctor and health, Home services, School and Other. Addresses are included, and birthdays and reminders are left out, so the printed sheet is narrower.

  • Excel 2016 and later
  • Calculations checked in LibreOffice and Google Sheets
  1. Name the groupsEnter the groups you use, one per line, such as Family or Clients, up to twenty. They become the Group dropdown and a count on the Summary.
  2. Choose the columnsSwitch on organisation and role, address, birthdays, how often to be in touch, a contact log, OK to contact, call order or renewal date. Add up to eight columns of your own.
  3. Download and typeDownload the workbook and open the Contacts sheet. Type each person on their own row, with the groups and details you switched on.

Questions

Are my builder entries sent to Due Form?

No. The builder uses them in your browser to make the workbook on your device.

Information is sent to Due Form when you submit a form or use another service described on the How it works page.

How the utilities work

Can I print only the contacts in call order?

Yes. Sort the Contacts sheet by Call order in Excel before you print. The numbers are typed by you, so the order is whatever you decide.

Can I add medical details?

Yes. Add columns of your own, up to eight, such as Allergies or Policy number. Think about who will see the printed sheet before you add sensitive details.
