The equipment setup has ten columns: Asset tag, Serial number, Assigned to, Location, Condition, Purchase date, Purchase cost, Warranty ends, Next service and a link to the Manual. Warranty ends and Next service are reminder dates, marked ◐ Soon and then ● Passed. A Retired condition stops them.

Questions
Are my builder entries sent to Due Form?
No. The builder uses them in your browser to make the workbook on your device.
Information is sent to Due Form when you submit a form or use another service described on the How it works page.
How soon is a reminder date marked?
Within the reminder window, set in days on the Settings sheet, a date is marked ◐ Soon. A date in the past is marked ● Passed, until you change or clear it.
Should I use this or the Inventory Tracker?
Use this for a plain list with columns of your own. The Inventory Tracker adds quantities, reorder levels and a log of stock in and out, which an equipment list does not need.
