Custom Register · Free · No account

A subscriptions register for Excel, with yearly cost and cancel-by dates.

The subscriptions setup calls each entry a Service. You give the cost per payment and the payments a year, and a calculated column multiplies them into the Cost a year. Renews on and Cancel by are reminder dates, and Status is Active, Paused or Cancelled.

  • Excel 2016 and later
  • Calculations checked in LibreOffice and Google Sheets

  • Cost a year is calculated from Cost per payment and Payments a year.
  • Renews on and Cancel by are both reminder dates, and a Cancelled status stops the reminders.

Questions

Are my builder entries sent to Due Form?

No. The builder uses them in your browser to make the workbook on your device.

Information is sent to Due Form when you submit a form or use another service described on the How it works page.

How the utilities work

Will it add up what I spend a year?

Yes. The Summary totals each number and money column, including Cost a year. It also counts entries by Status and by Billing.

Is this the same as the Subscription Tracker?

No. This is an open register with the columns shown here, which you can change. The Subscription Tracker is a dedicated builder with its own layout for renewals and cancellations.
