A supplies and consumables inventory for Excel, with reorder levels.
The supplies setup has Cleaning, Office, Kitchen, First aid and Printing categories, a reorder level for each item and the Stock Movements sheet switched on. Log deliveries and use, and the quantity on hand is worked out, with low items marked and listed.

- Name categories and placesEnter your categories and locations, one per line, up to 25 of each. They become the Category and Location dropdowns, and the Summary totals by each.
- Choose the columnsSwitch on reorder level, unit cost, sale price, code, serial number and condition, warranty, last counted, photo or receipt, assigned to, or a Stock Movements sheet.
- Download and list itemsDownload the workbook and open the Inventory sheet. Type one item per row from row 6. The stock status and the Summary update automatically.

Questions
Are my builder entries sent to Due Form?
No. The builder uses them in your browser to make the workbook on your device.
Information is sent to Due Form when you submit a form or use another service described on the How it works page.
What types of movement can I log?
Received, Used or sold, Customer return, Returned to supplier and Adjustment. The first and third add to the quantity, the second and fourth subtract, and Adjustment corrects a miscount.
Can I start with the quantity I have today?
Yes. Type it in the Starting quantity column on the Inventory sheet. Each movement you log after that adds to it or takes from it to give the quantity on hand.
