A product invoice template with a discount and tax.
The products setup has 20 lines, VAT at 20% and a discount taken off before tax. It prints the note ‘Goods remain ours until paid in full’ under 30-day terms. Each invoice goes on the tracker, so a part payment leaves a balance until the rest arrives.

- Set the invoiceChoose the currency, the heading, the number prefix and 8, 12 or 20 lines. Set days to pay and any other terms to print.
- Choose tax and extrasSwitch on tax with a name and rate, a tax or company number, a discount, a deposit already paid, or a client reference. Add the tracker and Clients sheet.
- Download and invoiceType your details and the lines on the Invoice sheet, then add the invoice to the Invoice Tracker. Totals and the due date are worked out.

Questions
Are my builder entries sent to Due Form?
No. The builder uses them in your browser to make the workbook on your device.
Information is sent to Due Form when you submit a form or use another service described on the How it works page.
Can I change the note about goods?
Yes. The other terms line is text you can edit in the builder before you download, or overtype on the Invoice sheet afterwards.
Does it track stock?
No. It records what you invoice and what is paid. For stock levels and reorder points, use the Inventory Tracker.
