Questions

Are my builder entries sent to Due Form?

No. The builder uses them in your browser to make the workbook on your device.

Information is sent to Due Form when you submit a form or use another service described on the How it works page.

How the utilities work

Is anything I type uploaded?

No. Meeting notes, names and decisions stay on your device. The browser builds the workbook locally and nothing is sent to a server.

How are actions linked to meetings?

Each meeting has a fixed ID such as M-001. Pick the meeting from the list when you add an action, and renaming the meeting later does not break the link.

What does the Summary list?

The first twelve open actions that are overdue or due soon, oldest first, with owner and due date. It also counts open actions for each person.

Can I print a single meeting?

Yes. The sheets print landscape with their header row repeated. To share one meeting, filter the Meetings sheet to that row before you print.
