A promotion case workbook for Excel: objectives and quoted feedback.
The promotion setup has five areas: Scope, Impact, Leadership, Expertise and Influence. Each objective says how success is measured and has a self-rating, and the Feedback sheet records the words of people who have seen the work, dated and attributed, so you can quote them in your case.
- Excel 2016 and later
- Calculations checked in LibreOffice and Google Sheets
- Name the areasEnter the headings your review uses, one per line, such as Delivery or Teamwork. They become the Area dropdown on the Objectives and Feedback sheets.
- Pick period and sheetsPick three months, six months or a year. Switch the Feedback sheet, the Development sheet and a self-rating on or off, and add up to eight columns of your own.
- Download and fill inDownload the workbook, list your objectives with how each is measured, and add feedback as you receive it. The Summary shows the days left to the review.

Questions
Are my builder entries sent to Due Form?
No. The builder uses them in your browser to make the workbook on your device.
Information is sent to Due Form when you submit a form or use another service described on the How it works page.
Can I use my company’s own promotion criteria?
Yes. Replace the five areas with your criteria, one per line, before you download. Every dropdown and the breakdowns then use your headings.
Does it write the promotion case for me?
No. It organises your objectives, how each was measured and the feedback you received. You write the case from it in whatever format your company asks for.
