What you get
Next due dates worked out
Enter the bill name, amount, frequency and first due date. The workbook works out the next date, including monthly dates that fall on the last day of shorter months.
See what needs attention
A bill shows as paid, missed, due soon, due today, automatic or stopped, based on the entries you make in the Bills and Payments sheets.
See the monthly cost of non-monthly bills
Weekly, quarterly and yearly bills are converted into monthly and yearly figures, so the Summary shows the full cost across different payment schedules.
Review fixed deals before they end
Add a contract end date and choose the warning period. The workbook marks bills that are approaching or past that date.
