What you get

  1. From the statement

Type the balance and date from each statement; only payments after it are taken off, to exclude payments already included in the statement balance.

  2. Sorted your way

By rate, highest first, or by balance, smallest first, with any extra you choose going to the top one.

  3. Months and interest left

Estimated from the rate and payment, with a ● where a payment is not covering the interest.

  4. Payment and offer reminders

A payment due within a week is marked until it is logged, and 0% offers are flagged before they end.

The Credit cards and loans example

Debts sorted by yearly rate, with Lender, Reference and Offer ends columns, and a What column on Payments for new spending and fees. Balance now, Months left, Clear by and Interest to pay are worked out for each debt.

Questions

Are my builder entries sent to Due Form?

No. The builder uses them in your browser to make the workbook on your device.

Information is sent to Due Form when you submit a form or use another service described on the How it works page.

How the utilities work

How accurate are the months and interest left?

Estimates use the rate and payment you enter and assume no new spending. Update the balance and date from each lender’s statement.

What does a ● in the Check column mean?

It marks a payment that does not cover a month of interest, an offer that has ended, or a payment that is late or missing for last month.

Can I print it?

Yes. The Debts sheet prints landscape and repeats its header row on each page. The Summary prints portrait on its own.

Should I pay the highest rate first?

The workbook does not choose for you. Sort by interest rate or by balance, and the estimates update from your entries. For help choosing, contact a debt advice service such as StepChange.
