What it takes
Still to save, shared across the months left, so the monthly figure is clear.
Forecasts from recorded savings
Money taken out counts, and the pace is what you actually saved over the last three months.
On track or behind
✓ On track, or ◐ Behind with how many months it would take at this pace.
One goal or many
A deposit, an emergency fund, or sinking funds for the yearly costs that always come round.
The Several goals example
Three example goals with a priority each: Emergency fund, Holiday and New laptop. The Goals sheet shows Saved, Still to save, Needed a month and an On track? check. The Summary adds saved money month by month.

Questions
Are my builder entries sent to Due Form?
No. The builder uses them in your browser to make the workbook on your device.
Information is sent to Due Form when you submit a form or use another service described on the How it works page.
How does it decide whether I am on track?
It compares the amount still needed against your saving pace over the last three months. It shows On track, or Behind with the number of months it would take at that pace.
What happens when I take money out?
Enter it under Taken out on Money in and out. It is subtracted from the goal, and it lowers the recent pace, so withdrawals reduce the forecast.
Can I print it?
Yes. The Goals sheet is set to print landscape and the Summary prints on one page, so you can file a copy each month.
Does it give savings advice?
No. The forecast uses your targets, dates and recorded savings. Update those figures when they change.
