Mark completed habits and compare rates and streaks.

The workbook includes one sheet for each month. Each sheet lists your habits down the side and the days across, so you mark a day with one keystroke. The Habits sheet, a Summary and a Year page work out completions, rates and streaks.

  • Excel 2016 and later
  • Calculations checked in LibreOffice and Google Sheets

Questions

Are my builder entries sent to Due Form?

No. The builder uses them in your browser to make the workbook on your device.

Information is sent to Due Form when you submit a form or use another service described on the How it works page.

How the utilities work

Can I print a month?

Yes. Each month sheet is set to print landscape and one page wide, on A4 or US Letter, so you can tick days by hand instead of in Excel.

What frequencies can a habit have?

Daily, Several times a week, Weekly or Monthly, each with a target number. The rate compares the days you did it with the target so far this month.

How is a streak worked out?

For daily habits the streak counts marked days in a row and continues from the previous month. The Summary shows the longest run, and names the strongest and most-missed habits.

Can I add habits after downloading?

Yes, up to the number of habit rows you chose. Type the new habit on the Habits sheet and every month sheet lists it.
